How long should a book review be?

I am having to do a book review for a class that I am taking. How long should it be? I don't want to summarize the book in it. Please help!
This is a graduate level class.

Generally, a book review should be shorter than the book.

    Between 600-1000 words is general long enough.

    no bigger than one page at size 12 font
