What does it mean to write a proposal for a book review?
MY teacher did not explain to the class what its about..but i emailed her and this is what i got.
You will need to turn in a proposal for your book review. The book you choose may be fiction or non-fiction. The only qualification is that it is a book you actually want to read. The proposal should include the title and author of the book and a brief explaination as to why you want to read it.
Can someone give me an example?
I’ve never seen this either! What it sounds like is you should address the reasons you might want to read a book at all. For example, if it’s a sequel, you’d want to discuss why all the other books were so wonderful and you have to find out what happens to the characters.
If it’s an author you have a preference for, like Tom Clancy, you’d discuss why you like his style in other books, so that’s why you want to read this one.
I hope this helps!
